This page provides freely available audio recordings of mindfulness practices for independent use. These practices are widely used in third-wave cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy, such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) , Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) , Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) . These practices have proven effectiveness in developing awareness and psychological flexibility, which are important factors in improving psychological well-being in the process of psychotherapy.

IMPORTANT! Mindfulness practices do not replace full and qualified psychotherapeutic help, but are self-help tools and are often used as homework between psychotherapeutic sessions.

There are many different conscious breathing practices . I suggest you try this simple technique that will help you feel what it means to be "here and now." Direct observation of the moment allows you to develop awareness.
